So finally got MetroPCS's pathway in gear. Now I fully understand the need for back up

verification. The Universe is watching you. The squandrels of the dark side of the web wants your classified intel. Thing is that verification thing can bog down to make you feel that your a alligator in quicksand. The more you squirm the deeper you go.

Now then you get to a point, where, you are at a point of considering a cell carrier/account with a different cell company, or keep bundling your frustration in a stress related  headache. So you MR.(or Mrs) Tow trucker, miss tow calls due the constant AI bullstuff. 

People who have been in this industry for any amount of time knows premium service is paramount. You can't not answer the phone, and voice mail, isn't going to cut it. So you wonder why the mindset of the notion of Failure is Not an option. They say 24 phone in CSM . Bullsbreath. After hours Your, chances of getting anybody with any authority, to reolve a problem is going to be a crap shoot. At least An AMERICAN, comm center. Nope after 18:00 MST, your chatting with some dork, in the Phiillippeens, some where, that has any idea, of the geographical challenges one faces in rural western Wyoming. MetroPCS isn't everywhere. While device coverage is swell its the rest is more spot off then spot on. 

So finally got with an America, call center, talked with an American, who even though we did the magic pin dance, still got my 72 hour suspension lifted and should be back up, in just a few minutes. 

Now then, slept like a infant last night. No phone meant couldn't do much for anyone anyway, so, covered up, kicked off my boots, leaned back, and out with the deep, sleeping beside me and the General, here. I mean quite litterally beside the General. The vennison, snoozing beside me are not concerned with their pending demize, should be. Nope, I'm peaceful Serene, and in control.

Your not in Kansas any more even Tweaker Flats. There's not all the outlets for things in Evanston Wyoming, that there is in Tweaker Flats. There, is not a through z cell phone store on every corner. Off brands like Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, etc, just have no none of those in Etown here like in Tweaker Flatts. So its phone in service desk/CS. Nope. So the message is, please go to your local store. Problem is to go to the local store means help desk/CS, is required. That's when one or tother, you drive 88 miles one way to either Salt Lake City, or Ogden, Utah. Waste of a day out of off duty time, and at minimum $30.00 in wasted fuel, or find a different carrier. Did that.
